5K ~ 5 miles ~ 10 miles 

The Stopsley Trail Race is a summer trail running event organised by Stopsley Striders, featuring three distances: 5K, 5 miles, and 10 miles (2 laps), making it accessible for beginners and experienced runners alike.

The course is scenic and undulating, traversing trails, footpaths, and bridleways along the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire border.
 

Race Day Schedule:

• Registration: 8:30 am – 9:45 am.
• Race Start: 10:00 am.
• Time Limit: There is a 3-hour maximum time limit for all participants

Timing & Results

This is a chip timed race. Full results will be available online here as soon as you cross the line.
Medals for all finishers. Prizes for top 3 overall male / female.

HQ Facilities

• There is a large, free* carpark at the HQ!
  *The car park is controlled by ANPR cameras and parking over 4 hours is chargeable.
  We do not anticipate this to affect runners.
• Changing, toilet and shower facilities for male and female runners.
• A baggage area is provided but please do not leave any valuables. 
• Lockers available for a 20p returnable coins. 
• On-site cafe with hot & cold snacks and drinks
• First Aid Point

Water Stations and Refreshments

There is one water station on the course where our friendly team can hand you water in cups!
You will pass this once on the 5k, twice on the 5 mile and four times on the 10 mile.
Before or after your run there is a cafe at the HQ
